I had a comfortable stay at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo. The room was a good size for Tokyo and the bed was really comfortable, though the lack of complimentary water was a downside. The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to multiple train stations, which made getting around the city easy. However, the breakfast prices were a bit steep compared to other places I've stayed.
